Caregivers You Can Trust
Feel better in the comfort of your own home. We specialize in care and daily living assistance to an array of individuals. Whether you need daily or weekly assistance due to aging, illness, recovery, or disability, our caregivers will provide an individualized service that you can trust.
Experienced and Supportive
We understand that not one care plan fits all. Daily services can include anything from meal preparation, hygiene, cleaning, and supervision. We will take the time to get to know you and develop an individualized care plan that fits your specific needs.
Our Caregivers
Companionship is key to a trusted relationship with our caregivers. We not only strive to help you with everyday tasks but want to develop a caring relationship with you. We provide one-on-one attention and care that cannot compare in other settings.
Services
Our innovative care creates greatness every day for our clients, our communities and each other. We focus on individual and family needs providing social services support to assist in accessing other resources as needed.
We provide personal care and skilled services to individuals of all ages – from infants to geriatric. As health or care issues arise due illness or disability, Caring Partners can be there to assist you with your personal care (ADLs) and household maintenance (IADLs) needs.
Some examples of activities of daily living (ADLs) that can be performed are:
-Bathing -Eating -Going to the toilet -Dressing -Walking
Some examples of instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) that can be performed are:
-Laundry -Light housework -Preparing meals
Our staff members are bilingual (English/Spanish).
Caring Partners is contracted to provide services in the following programs:
·Community Living Assistance and Support Services (CLASS)
·Deaf Blind with Multiple Disabilities (DBMD)
·Primary Home Care (PHC)
·Family Care Services (FCS)
·Community Attendant Services (CAS)
·Personal Care Services (PCS)
·SuperiorHealthPlan to provide STAR Kids Managed
Care Services.
·Molina HealthCare and Amerigroup to provide STAR+Plus
Private pay services are available for those without insurance.
Caring Partners is licensed by Texas Health and Human Services as a HCSSA with Licensed Home Health and Personal Assistance Services Categories of licensure, allowing us to provide both skilled and non-skilled services.
